The first step: 45 degrees of cutting.

The second step: pre-treatment of rock plate splicing.
There will be more or less some defects when grinding, so it is necessary to use sponge to manually polish it before splicing, and the second inspection to ensure the quality. Pay attention to clean up the dust before splicing.
The third step: the use of rock plate glue splicing paste.
When splicing to use fixture positioning, to ensure that the angle of vertical, beautiful. After positioning, use rock plate splicing glue to fill the interface position, stick adhesive tape and fix it, and let it stand for 3-10 minutes. When the glue is not completely dry, the overflow glue will be initially treated.
The fourth step: surface treatment.

The last step: reinforcement, waterproof, antifouling treatment.
The back of the interface is reinforced with special edge strips or corner codes to improve the stability of splicing and prevent peeling and cracking. The toilet sink and other positions need to be reinforced with specific waterproof adhesive strips, and then all splicing openings are glued twice with common structural adhesive. Finally, the interface is coated with antifouling agent to protect the finished product from external contamination.
