Product Description
Product Introduction
Crystal white glue is a non-flowing two-component product, which is developed with high yellowing resistance resin and high quality high weather resistance mineral filler. Giving glue excellent yellowing resistance, low shrinkage, high bonding strength; suitable for natural white stone, high white quartz stone bonding and repair.
Features
● High bonding strength and good weather resistance; Excellent yellowing resistance under sunshine, suitable for white board with high yellowing resistance; Dry grinding does not burn glue and does not turn black.
● Can be constructed at low temperature (-10 ℃);
The curing speed is moderate (5-10 minutes), which is conducive to rapid bonding and construction;
● The product has good weather resistance, waterproof and oil-proof.
Product use
The product is mainly used in the stone industry for bonding all kinds of natural white marble, high white quartz stone and other white plates. Because of its high thixotropy, high bonding strength and high yellowing resistance, it is especially suitable for the bonding requirements of white plate with high yellowing resistance.

Method of use
● Add 1-3 parts of white component B to 100 parts of glue A according to the weight ratio, fully mix (the working time after mixing is 4-8 minutes (25 ℃)), repair, bond and coat on the board, and carry out the next handling or polishing process in 35-55min after the glue is applied at 25 ℃ at normal temperature.
Precautions
● Tools should be cleaned immediately after use, and the adhesive that has not been cured can be scraped or cleaned with water, etc;
● Safety measures at the workplace: gloves, masks, eye shields and other items must be available, the workplace
Ventilation must be maintained;
When the construction of the eyes or skin is tarnished, should immediately rinse with water, such as feel uncomfortable,
Medical attention should be sought immediately.

Storage and transportation
In the dark and cool conditions (25 ℃), the validity period is 12 months;
● Can be transported by car, train, ship, etc.
The test method shall be in accordance with the requirements of JC/T 989-2016,JC887-2001 -2016.
