Main composition

Mixed modified unsaturated resin, peroxide, quartz powder

Method of use

A drilling hole: use percussion drilling to drill the anchor hole with the diameter and depth required by the design;

B Hole cleaning: use compressed air to blow out the floating ash in the hole;

c Ingredients: first, stir component A fully in the package and weigh it according to the weight ratio of A :B = 100:2~3;

d glue injection: inject the above-mentioned mixed glue into the hole without mixing bubbles. the amount of glue injected should meet the requirements of full filling of glue in the hole after the steel bar is inserted;

e. Reinforcement planting: implant the anchor into the hole and remove the excess rubber material from the orifice;

F curing: after the anchor is embedded and fixed, it shall be cured at room temperature for not less than 10h, and it is forbidden to move the anchor before the glue is cured, so as not to affect the anchoring effect.

d hole cleaning (two blowing and two brushing)

E according to the required proportion of AB glue mixed evenly

f. inject and mix the compound

g Rotate to insert reinforcement
