Product Description
Product Introduction
Rock plate glue is a two-component product that does not flow. It is endowed with weather resistance and high bonding strength by adding modified new materials. It is suitable for the bonding of rock plate and rock plate at 45 ℃ angle, and the composite use of rock plate and stainless steel, iron, wood, etc. The product can also be used for bonding granite, quartz stone, artificial marble and other composite plates.

● Due to its creamy consistency, both horizontal and vertical surfaces have good operational performance;
● Can be constructed at low temperature (-10 ℃);
● Fast curing speed (8-12 minutes), which is conducive to mechanical construction;
● Strong adhesion, waterproof and oil-proof.
Product use
This product is mainly used to bond various rock slabs in the rock slab processing industry, and can also be used to bond various composite material slabs such as granite, quartz stone, and artificial marble. Because of its creamy consistency and fast curing characteristics, it is used for rock plate composite stainless steel, wood, iron and other materials with good bonding strength.

Method of use
● Add 1-3 parts of white component B to 100 parts of A glue according to weight ratio, fully mix (the working time after mixing is 4-8 minutes (25 ℃)), repair, bond and coat on the board, and after the glue is coated at normal temperature of 25 ℃, the next polishing operation can be carried out in 25-50min.
Precautions
● Tools should be cleaned immediately after use, and the adhesive that has not been cured can be scraped or cleaned with acetone;
● Safety measures at the workplace: gloves, masks, eye protection and other items must be available, and the workplace must be ventilated;
When the construction of the eyes or skin is tarnished, should immediately rinse with water, if you feel uncomfortable, should immediately seek medical treatment.

Storage and transportation
In the dark and cool conditions (25 ℃), the validity period is 12 months;
● Can be transported by car, train, ship, etc.
Detection method:
Test as per JC/T 989-2016,JC887-2001.
