Adopting the national environmental protection standards GB185832001 and JC8872001 "Epoxy Adhesives for Dry Hanging Stone Curtain Walls".Free of solvents, it will not contaminate stone, rock slabs, artificial stone, and can be used for both indoor and outdoor construction.Long storage time, no layering, no clumping, easy to mix during construction, no sagging.Not afraid of moisture, can be constructed 24/7, resistant to oil and harsh weather after solidification.
Usage
1.Use the method to clean the surface to be glued.
2.Mix and stir components A and B in a 1:1 ratio for uniform use.
3.Apply glue with a rigid scraper or similar tool.
Note
1.It is recommended to first roughen the adhesive surface if it is too smooth.
2.In the early stage of curing of structural adhesive, it cannot bear heavy loads.
3.The effective construction time (25 ℃) after mixing the adhesive evenly is 20-25 minutes.
4.The initial curing time after mixing (25 ℃) is 30-60 minutes, and after 24 hours, it completely solidifies and reaches the corresponding degree.
5.Do not pour the remaining colloid after mixing back into the original bucket.
Packaging and storage
1.Pay attention to dryness and ventilation during storage.
2.After use, please immediately seal and store as is.
3.The original sealed storage at room temperature has a validity period of 12 months.
