Product description

Rock slab glue is a kind of non-flowing two-component product. It can endow the glue with weather resistance and high bonding strength by adding modified new materials; it is suitable for the bonding of rock slabs and rock slabs at 45°C angles, and rock slabs and slabs. Composite use of stainless steel, iron, wood, etc. The product can also be used to bond various composite material boards such as granite, quartz stone, and artificial marble.

Product Usage

This product is mainly used to bond various rock slabs in the rock slab processing industry, and can also be used to bond various composite materials such as granite, quartz stone, and artificial marble. Because of its creamy consistency and fast curing characteristics, it has good bonding strength when used in rock-slab composite stainless steel, wood, iron and other materials.

Instructions

● Add 1-3 parts of white component B to 100 parts of glue A according to the weight ratio, mix thoroughly (working time after mixing is 4-8 minutes (25℃)), repair, bond and coat on the board, After the glue is applied at room temperature of 25℃, the next grinding and polishing operation can be carried out within 25-50min.

Precautions

● The tools should be cleaned immediately after use, the adhesive that has not yet cured can be scraped or cleaned with acetone;

● Safety measures at the workplace: gloves, masks, goggles and other items must be available, and the workplace must be ventilated;

● When the eyes or skin are stained during construction, they should be rinsed with clean water immediately. If you feel unwell, you should seek medical attention immediately.

● Under dark and cool conditions (25℃), the validity period is 12 months;
